hi,
basically am frm computers background.....B.Tech(CSE)...as a fresher i got selected for two MNC's......one company offering me in Software Testing domain (CTS)....and other offering job in ITIS domain(netwoking)......in TCS.

in my academics i hve gone through these both domains....

so

i need an advise to choose the job...which gives me good package ...and growth...in future


please help me as soon as possible

Netwoking domain always has an advantage over testing domain.Now adays banking sector has come forward for netwoking related jobs in this sector the scope is huge and working pressure is low, you get different types of allowances.In this sector the requirement is high but the availablity of right candidiate is less so networking sector has good advantage

Compared to ITIS , CTS gives you more opportunities in corporate world.

CTS also gives you job security, Where as ITIS has limited number of people so it is not suggested if one wants to settle in software industries.

Even if you se the results of CTS recently, it has been showing consistent performance with 30% growth rate quarter by quarter. It is expanding.

So better choice is CTS.

what is ITIS domain in cts? and is working there instead of IT a better choice?

I am a BCA graduate and i got selected for CTS ITIS domain. How does it differ from IT?? does d domain have gud scope??? and many people say dat its more like BPO. plzz explain.
