dear Concern,
actually i have not appeared my 12th due to some family problem so is there any way where i can appear for 13th directly without appearing for 12th

* It is not at all possible to apply for college, 13th according to your view without passing 12th standard examinations.

* So, i could provide you only one solution.

* You may do a diploma degree with your 10th standard qualification for 3 years.

* After that you may join you Engineering College in the second year directly through lateral entry scheme.
