Can you tell me whether should I join KIIT or colleges under AIEEE at the rank of 13400?

I would suggest you to better take up KIIT, as it is among the top 100 engineering colleges in India, while with a rank of more than 1 lakh you will not get a good college until and unless you have quota somewhere.

with this sort of rank...you will be able to get NIT ....so join nit....

well KIIT:KALINGA INSTITUTE OF INDUSTRIAL TECHNOLOGY good college and i do not

think that there is any problem with this college as they have record placement in tcs.

TO get admission through AIEEE will not be that is easy or i can say impossible for you as
your rank is not that good.but you can get into good college with just your AIEEE admit
card but for that you have to give donation to colleges as they reserved some seat
under management quota.


so i think if you are getting admission in KIIT then it better go for it don't miss this

You can very well opt for KIIT .For the rank u got in AIEEE u may get a deent college but may be in grade II or grade III. So to go for a grade II or III college under AIEEE u can go for KIIT.
Its not about where you study, your life is all about how you study and what is your level of involvement , is what is going to matter at the end.

You can easily get a good branch in any of NIITs with such a rank because around top 8000 students will go to IITs and rest would be admitted to NITs.... so can try for mechanical , civil and chemical engg in NITs.

if you are getting good colllege like kiit with this rank and general category, then you should join it.

KALINGA INSTITUTE OF INDUSTRIAL TECHNOLOGY good college .

to get admission through AIEEE will not be that is easy for you as your rank is not

You have not mentioned your catogery, so its difficult to say. but if you are obc/sc/st/ph then you will definitely get the topmost nit, and in all the means it will be better than KIIT( KALINGA INSTITUE OF INDUSTRIAL TECHNOLOGY), however if you are general then also you can get nits ( but not the topmost), so in that case you can take admission in KIIT also (it is under 100 best engineering colleges in india).

Yes surely you will get KIIT college at this AIEEE rank. KIIT is a Deemed University and it give 100 % placement. You can apply for the admission under AIEEE seat. At 13400 rank you can also get a NIT college.

If seats are available & vacant then you can definately join KIIT or any other colleges under AIEEE at the rank of 13400.

with rank of 13400 in aieee you will get the nit (national institute of technology)

but you have to compromise with the branch i.e. you will not get the top branches


so it is better to take admission in kiit (KALINGA INSTITUTE OF INDUSTRIAL TECHNOLOGY)

kiit is also a good college .

in kiit you will get a good branch also.

Are you joking or what ? you will get admission there if you get above 40000.Kiit now doesn't take admission with AIEEE to control the examination process.

But my suggestion to you is to not to join KIIT.It is a complete waste of your rank.You will found about 50 % guys from management quota there.Some guys come there by manipulating KIIT extrance exams .It has been black listed also

Sir, if you have a quota then there is no problem to get admission in kiit. But with the rank over 1 lakh it is difficult to get admission in kiit. Because kiit is in top 100 ranks colleges in india.
