I am an 8th grade student of Kerala. From this little class what all things I want to study for my self for preparing to IAS examination?? What is the syllabus of it, I know, but I want to know solid tips for cracking the exam.

I am very pleased to know that students have thought abt the exam since a very young age.

There are no specific tips to clear ias exam.
As you are in 8th now, I advise you to start reading newspaper and make it a habit do that when you actually start preparing, you won't feel as a burden.
Next step is to read the Ncerts from 6-12 as the b time passes by.
Your real preparation should start by b the age of 20.
Work smart not hard.
It's better to re read one book a million times than reading a million books.
