you can have them on successcds.net & also on tcyonline.com and search for question papers along with their solutions and about the refrence books for physics and chemistry i will suggest try and do every question from the back of your pradeeps & tata mc graw hill refreshers in physics and comprehensive in chemistry i am sure you will make it into iit's best of luck buddy and take care.. wish you success...

but the best books for physics is concept of physics by H.C.Verma and also university physics by Sears and Zeemansky.

Referance book for Physics:- Non other then Concepts of Physics- H.C.Verma

It is such a fantastic book for physics,if you would able to study that book nicely then you wont required any other referance book either for IITJEE or AIEEE.

Referance book for Chemistry:- Non other then books of O.P.Tandon.It has separate editions for Organic,Inorganic as well as Physical chemistry.

The best book for physics is undoubtedly H.C.Verma, it is used by every institute.
In case of chemistry, id suggest you go through Pradeep's fundamentals.
Also, the NCERT publication is also good enough for chemistry preparation.

there is a book by arihant publications in which you will find all solved question papers of iit and aieee exam. also there are many excellent books from which you can study such as hc verma, dc pandey for physic and j.d. lee for chemistry. you can study from them also.

arihant publications publishes a book in which you will find last 10 years solved question papers of iit and aieee. And reference book for hc verma, dc pandey for physics and jd lee for chemistry
