NET Stands for National Eligibility Test and this examination is conducted by University Grants Commission twice in a year . This year examination will be held in the month of June and December .

Eligibility Criteria for NET Exam :-

You must have a completed minimum education qualification of Master degree with any desire subject from a recognized University or equivalent qualification and you must secure at least 55% aggregate marks in your examination . 50% aggregate marks for reserved categories .

Those who are appearing in the final year of master degree may also eligible to apply for this examination . There is no upper age limits for Lectureship examination . Your age is not more than 28 years and Upper age limits is applicable for reserved categories .

UGC NET Economics June 2012 Question Papers

National Eligibility Test (NET) is conducted every year by UGC for lectureship as well as Junior Research Fellowship Program in the months of June and December..

the candidates must fulfill the eligibility criterion :-

>> Candidate must have secured an aggregate of 55% without rounding off (50% for SC/ST candidates)

>> Candidates applying for JRF must be less than 28 years..
