Re: Which stream to choose in Intermediate to study software engineering in graduation?
As per my suggestion, you should select the science stream in your 11th and 12th with PCM subjects to study software engineering in graduation course. After completing your 12th class, then you should go for the Bachelor of Technology in Software Engineering course. B.Tech. Software Engineering or Bachelor of Technology in Software Engineering is an undergraduate Software Engineering course. The duration of Bachelor of Technology in Software Engineering course is four years.

Re: Which stream to choose in Intermediate to study software engineering in graduation?
As obvious for degree course in engineering in any branch, the minimum education required is a Class 12th with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as main subjects from a recognised board of education.
So, in order to become a software engineer, you need to opt for Science stream for your Class 12th with above mentioned subject combination. Also, to become a software engineer, you need to pursue your B.Tech (Bachelor of Technology) degree course in Computer Science or Information Technology branch. |
