Re: Study Materials to prepare for Current affairs?
It is very difficult to list down all the Current Affairs and make a study material.
There would be probably no such book/study material that claim to be a current affairs book. There is only one way to improve yourself in this area and that way is Newspaper(s). Additionally Magazines(India Today, Chronicles, Outlook, Business Times etc.), TV News channels and, News on internet are also good source of knowledge. Newspapers are primary requirement and best source to improve Current Affairs. Whatever busy schedule you have, you have to read newspapers daily, if you have to be good in Current Affairs. All news are not of equal importance for everyone so you can skip few articles but you must read important articles and editorials. For good current Affairs, I would recommend The Hindu and The Economic Times. Kindly don't count newspaper reading in your study time. Whenever you need to take a break while studying, read newspapers. You should discuss burning topics with friends/mates. |

For curent affairs you must regularly read magazines like pratiyogita darpan. Besides this you can read newspapers which is very helpful to increase knowledge for current affairs. India Year Book is a summary details of all current affairs of the year. |

Re: Study Materials to prepare for Current affairs?
You have to read newspapers daily without missing it. you need to watch national news channel for latest updates.
Most preferred newspaper is The Hindu...In this paper you need to make short notes about the news given in the editorial page and you have to remember the dates... Most preferred magazines is The Wizard...you need to go through this.... you can also get book about current affairs which get published in the of january of every year containing important news about the previous year... |
