Which subjects should I have studied to be able to write the UGC NET in Mathematics?

Hi, I am pursuing M.Sc BIOSTATISTICS now. Am I eligible to apply and write the UGC NET examination in Mathematics while continuing my M.Sc? And, when is the upcoming UGC NET exam going to be conducted?

To be eligible for giving UGC NET exam for Mathematics subject, you should have completed M.Sc. with at least 55% marks in Mathematics field.

Since, you have completed M.Sc. in Biostatistics so you won't be eligible for giving UGC NET exam in Mathematics.

Recently, UGC NET exam was conducted in 15 December 2019.

Now, upcoming exam will be conducted on 21 June, 2020. I have mentioned below important dates of upcoming UGC NET exam.
  • Registration of UGC NET exam starts: March 16, 2020
  • Last Date for registration: April 16, 2020
  • Admit Cards: May 15, 2020
  • Exam Date: June 21, 2020
  • Result: July 5, 2020
Do you have any question? or have anything to say?
