Written Test for ECIL will be covering the syallabus of Engineering degree of respective discipline(s).

Shortlisted candidates from written test only, will be called for interview at Hyderabad. They will be intimated separately with regard to date, time and venue of interview by mail / post. This information will also be kept on our website for information to the candidates

It is one of the largest public sector companies in the field of electronics with emphasis on innovation. Its major functional areas include nuclear, telecom, IT, e-governance sectors, actuators and detectors etc. It has been involved in major projects like Chandrayaan, LHC etc.
Eligibility:
1. Only Indian Nationals can apply.
2. First class Engineering degree with minimum 60% (for general/OBC) and second class degree with minimum 50% (for SC/ST) from a recognized university in any of the following disciplines – Mechanical, EEE, ECE, CSE, E&I and Civil.
3. Age of the candidate must be below or 25 as on 30.06.2009.

Electronics Corporation of India Limited (ECIL)

The examination is done in two phases ::
Written exam
Interview .

Eligibility for the examination ::

You should have completed your engineering with 65% in aggregate.For SC/ST you must have got more then 55% marks .

The Upper age limit for the exam 25 years .There is some relaxation given to reserved caste students in upper age limit of 5 years and 3 years for SC/ST and OBC respectively .

Exam pattern ::The examination consist of 2 papers

Paper I: Technical question related to your streams
Paper II:English.

The question will be based on what you have studied in 4 year of your engineering only.So you must have knowledge of your streams fully as technical paper question will be based on that only .
