i am a BE last year student in mechanical engg. and i am very much interested in joining npti course so please ,can i get acquainted with npti syllabus.

The exact syllabus is not provided by the NPTI.
The question pattern is as follow
Part-I (60 questions)
General Aptitude (including basic mathematics/
basic Science / Language / Analytical
Reasoning / Data interpretation etc,

Part-II (30 question)General Engineering

Part-III(90 question)
Subject specialization paper in line with the
qualifying Examination. The candidate should
select one group only.

Allowed Specialisations in the
qualifying Degree Examinations
G-I
Mechanical , Mechanical &
Automation,
Production
Engineering and Equivalent

G-II
Electrical,
Electrical
&
Instrumentation, Electrical &
Electronics Engineering and
Equivalent

G-III
Electronics,
Electronics
&
Communication, Electronics &
Telecommunication
and
Electronics & Instrumentation
Engineering and Equivalent

However, If you are interested in knowing the syllabus you can get an idea about the syllabus from the guide of Various publication like Arihant, Disha, Upkar, MTG etc. for NPTI-CET. Also you can get some previous year questions in those guides.

the syllabus for the npti pgdc cet is available for download in pdf format.........the file size is 3.8MB thats why i am unable to attach it........

just visit the officail site and get the syllabus from there and if
you dont find syllabus there, then please contact to the NPTI
office for more detail regarding the syllabus.

But The common entrance test include basic aptitude, engineering
aspects and the subject knowledge of individuals....

syllabus of NPTI(National power training Institute) PGDC(Post Graduate Diploma Course) CET examination is from your graduate study syllabus. mainly from the graduation(B.E) syllabus of power engineering. question from reasoning are also in the test.

exact syllabus is not available now in the official website. may be it will be given with the advertisement. i will suggest you to regularly visit the NPTI website regularly.

Hello sir, npti pgdc cet 2011 has been announced. But i want to know whether i'll be regarded as applicable for it or not, as max. All the questions a multiple choice type .The exam is conducted on the basis of three types subjects mainly -
1.General aptitude
2.General English
3.Specialization subjects
The general aptitude part contains basic math,basic science,reasoning,data encryption .The specialization subjects are Mechanical,Automobile,Production .
