Is there any chance to get a bank job after completing graduation in Arts Stream? Is there is a possibility to get bank job in Arts stream after 12th (subjects namely: English, Geography, History, Economic and Hindi). If so then tell me? And, is any entrance is required then please provide the details.

Yes,you can apply for Bank Clerk and Bank Probationary Officer exam after graduation in Arts Stream. But it not possible to get job after passing 12th class with any stream, candidate must have to pass graduation in any relevant stream.

Eligibility for Bank PO and Clerk Exam :

Age of candidate must be from 21 to 30 years. Relaxation of 5 years is given to SC and ST candidates. Relaxation of 3 years is given to OBC Candidates. Candidate holding J&K quota and Ex-Servicemen quota also given 5 years of relaxation.

Candidate must have passed graduation degree from any recognized university.

Candidate must not hold any criminal record.

Preliminary Exam consists of 3 sections English Language, Numerical Ability and Reasoning Ability. English Language consists of 30 marks, numerical Ability consists of 35 marks and Reasoning Ability consists of 35 marks. Preliminary exam is of 1 hour.

Candidates who passed this exam will have to appear in Mains exam. Then candidates have to appear in Interview. Cumulative score of the mains exam and the interview process is considered to prepare final list of selected candidates.
