if you really wanted to do job then you have to try to clear ibps exam which is valid in top 19 banks.
its requirements are
1.student must have passed 12th class.
2.age is between 18 to 27 years
3.age relaxation for obc 3 year for sc/st 5 year and more for army retired.
the written test cleared students should have to give a interview.

After 12th standard one can get a clerical job in bank. The exam for Clerical job generally conducted by SBI and IBPS(Institute of Banking Personal Service).

The eligible candidate aspiring for SBI/IBPS clerical exam, must be an Indian Citizen having completed 12th in any stream from a recognised Board with 50% marks within the age of 18 to 28 years wth upper age relaxation for reserved candidate with good knowledge over computer operation, can apply for Clerical exam.

The candidate having completed 10th standard with 60% marks is also eligible for IBPS Clerical Exam and having completed Graduation Degree in any stream from a recognised University qualifies one for the same also.

In India , There are two popular Bank Clerk exam is conduct every year.Details of the Exam is given below-

Those candidate have completed 12th standard with above 60% marks OR completed graduation degree , are applicable for SBI Clerk exam.Your age should be in between 18 to 28 years old.

Those candidate have completed Diploma degree OR completed Graduation degree are applicable for IBPS clerical Exam.Your age should be in between 20 to 28 years old.

You have completed 12th arts stream .It is not a problem , you can not apply in IBPS Clerk exam with 12th degree .

But you can apply in SBI Clerk exam but your 12th marks must be above 60%

Pattern are same for both cases but the marks distribution and total is different .

The written exam topics are -

General English
Reasoning
Numerical ability
Marketing aptitude
General awareness/Computer knowledge.

Sorry to Inform you that you,right now you are now eligible to apply for any banking jobs.As in Banking Exams questions are asked from these five basic sections.These are :-

Eligibility requirements

Educational qualification :-

• Your minimum educational qualification to appear for this exam should be Graduation passed out in any discipline from recognized university.

Marks :-

• Your minimum marks in Graduation should be 60% aggregate.

Age :-

• Your minimum age should be 20 year's.
• Your age should not be above 28 year's.

It is not possible to find banking job merely by passing Class 12th. You will need at least graduation degree to appear for the entrance exams conducted for banking exams.

The exams you can appear for after graduation are IBPS Clerk and IBPS Bank PO. Which exam you can appear for will depend on the percentage of marks obtained in the course.

But it is important to first understand what type of course you will be required. Apart from a graduation degree you also need to have Computer knowledge. Which means a diploma or degree in Computers or Computers should be subject in 12th or graduation.

This is mandatory for both the entrance exams. Therefore you should either pick a graduation course related to Computers like Bachelor of Computer Applications or either complete graduation and then some diploma course in Computers as well. The choice is yours.

After that you will be eligible for the banking exams. Please ensure you are meeting the criteria.


IBPS Clerk Eligibility

1. Any bachelor degree from recognized college.

2. There is no percentage criteria.

3. Diploma/degree in Computers or Computers/IT subject in 12th/graduation.

4. The age limit is 20 to 28 years for the exam.


IBPS Bank PO Eligibility

1. Must have completed graduation at the time of applying.

2. Minimum of 60 percent marks in graduation.

3. Diploma or degree in Computers is important.

4. You can also appear if studied Computers as subject in 12th or college.

5. Age limit is same as IBPS Clerk which is 20 to 28 years.


Relaxation in Upper Age Limit

1. 3 years for the OBC.

2. 5 years for the SC/ST.

3. 10 years for PWD.

Age relaxation is applicable for both the exams.

You can only apply for SBI Clerical examination if you have passed 10+2 Arts with 60% or above marks from a recognized Board of Education. Also you must have knowledge of Computers and must have studied Computers as a subject.

The age limit for SBI Clerical is 18 to 28 years for General category candidate. There is age relaxation for reserved categories.

OBC Category - 3 years relaxation

SC/ST Category - 5 years relaxation

Selection Procedure

The selection will be based on the performance in the Written examination and Interview.

The objective type test will have negative marking also and you have to pass in each section to get a call for Interview.

The section in objective test will have questions from below subjects:

what are the sub which should be taken to appear banking exm from arts stream?

It is not possible to get job in banking sector IBPS,a reputed organisation conducts examination for recruitment in top 19 banks of India,as candidate need to have completed graduation degree with minimum of 60% marks(55% for reserved category).
So, first of all you need to have a graduation degree for job in banks .

in class 10 % -79%
in class 12% -70

Yes, you can apply for bank job after completed your graduation, there no any rule.

Eligiblity for bank po exam:

Nationality: Candidate should be a citizen of india.

Qualification: Candidate should complete graduation or p.g from recognised university with 55% (reserved) to 60% (general) marks.

From the above information we came to know that we can do any graduation in any stream from recognised university.
So, decision is yours. You should complete graduation with 60% marks from recognised university.
