i had applied for ibps clerk examination.I had downloaded call letter but in that call letter it was mentioned that the exam date was 4-12-2011. but earlier in the ibps advertisement they had mentioned that exam will be conducted on 27-11-2011.

When i filled the IBPS EXAM form at that time date of exam was 27-11-2011 but now before some moments i had downloaded the call letter it shows 4-12-2011. I am in problem because i have other exam too at 4 december.

Is there any change in the IBPS entrance exam date?

The fixed examination date is 27th Nov. 2011 and so many students has already received their call letter with that date but if you will look at the advertisement that was published by IBPS for clerical examination then you will find that it is clearly written that "The date of written Examination has been tantatively fixed for 27.11.2011(Sunday) however, the date of examination shall be intimated in the call letter along with the centre/venue address " . so don't worry and believe to your call letter and appear on 4th december on given venue.

the entrance exam for ibps clerk is 27 th november 2011

Hi Anusha,

The IBPS Clerks Written Test Exams Dates was already given As follows....

1. 27th November.
2. 4th December.
3. 11th December.

And already Hall Tickets are dispatched check your mail or Down load IBPS website.

No,there is no change in IBPS CWE(Common written exam) dates.
The exam will be held on the sheduled date i.e 27th november.

I have gone through the above mentioned Anusha's matter and the same problem is with me also.Actually sir/ mam,i am going transfer to Mumbai on 2nd of Dec. according to the pre-scheduled exam date i.e. 27-11-11 but due to the sudden change in the schedule as mentined in the call letter i.e. 04-12-11 its creating a big problem to me.So Please sir/mam kindly suggest me if there is any possibility of changing the examination date to 27-11-11,so that i can write the examination and if so then how can i do it ?

IBPS now has officially announced that the exam is on three different dates – 27th Nov 2011, 4th Dec, 2011 and 11th Dec 2011.

There is a new notification from IBPS regarding retest (Supplementary Exam) for bank PO for candidates who were not allowed to appear due to improper document. Read about IBPS Supplementary Exam here.
