Is there any issue in getting jobs having studied Graduation and Post Graduation in different branches?
I had completed my Diploma in ECE & I have no option so I had studied B.E (EEE) in part time mode and I wish to study M.E. in Applied Electronics in Anna University. If I study Electronics shall I face cross major problem?

No there will be no as such problem... in govt exams they only eill ask for a graduation certificate from a recognised university nothing else.
