i am an ex servicemen i have completed AMIE from mechanical branch, my age will be 40 years when i will retired. I have completed 20 years of service in indian airforce as a technician engine-fitter trade. so tell me, is there any provision for ex-servicemen to apply in isro for engineer/ scientist post ?

yes they can apply but the age should be less than 32 years .
if you have then no problem to apply .
