Hi,
See I have not heard of any such thing as yet. If such thing occurs then it can in future. But at present as I know such reservations do not exist. Only reservation that exists in government colleges is of reserved quota people like SC or ST or others. If you belong to that category, then you can apply for such reserved seats, irrespective of the fact that you are a girl or a boy. Other than that you can go for sponsored seats that costs of lakhs of rupees for donation by some company or organization. Or else you will have to get selected from the normal examination procedure.
