Sir myself hareesh abburi from andhra Pradesh guntur dist ,I got agril.btech seat in Maharashtra in ICAR verified university DR. BSKKV university Dapoli.the students who came from other states except andhra Pradesh are getting scholarship but we won't what reason behind it is there any middle man who are taking these scholarships

Yes, a candidate can apply for the scholarship in any university or in college even he is studying in another state for this he or she should qualify the scholarship criteria as here a candidate can get the scholarship if he got the minimum 80% marks in 12th and also the all india rank in entrance exam should be below 50000.
