As there very less time in hand for aieee 2012 examination, please suggest me some tips to crack aieee with a best rank

for clearing the competitive exams like iit and aieee you must adopt a time management workflow:
1. set your goals
2. formulate action plans
3. set milestones
4. frame it in workflow
5. breakdown into to-do list
6. act on to-do list
7.evaluate your progress

there should be a proper revision scheme :

1st revision within two days after completing a topic
2nd revision within 7-10 days
3rd revision after approx. 1 month
4th revision after 3 months
5th revision within last month before exam

try to solve the previuos year question paper within a specific time in order to increase your speed....

Stress should be given more on the high scoring areas which can fetch you easy marks.

Solve as much as practice papers possible.

Time management is an important criteria. Keep a stop watch beside you while solving papers.

In the examination hall dont get stuck anywhere. If you are unable to solve one sum then quickly head to the next one.

Lastly its very important to give the exam with a good frame of mind. Ward off all the negativities around you and rely on your confidence level.

TIPS TO CRACK AIEEE

Students with the passion for engineering in top notch aieee colleges of india must crack the aieee , the most prestigious engineering entrance exam.

the question asked in aieee seeks to test the conceptual clarity and reasoning ability of the students .

TIP 1 : WELL THOUGHT REVISION PLAN

> Study the aieee last year questions and draw a mark distribution of each topic , and which topics are most important

> give priority to important topics and try to put them in early stage so they d'nt left out.

TIP 2 : STRENGTHENING FUNDAMENTALS

> Most of the questions are based on fundamentals , so try to master in the fundamental.

> d'nt refer to many reference books , choose some selected ones by taking advice from your teachers of trainers

> devote more time to the topics you are weak in.

TIP 3 : IMPROVE YOUR SPEED , STRIKE RATE AND EXAMINATION TEMPERAMENT

> Practice mock papers regularly and maintain a average speed

> avoid silly mistakes ( calculations , fail to apply right concept etc )

> get a feedback on your aieee preparation from other body of experts, it will help you to develope confidence

TIP 4 : MEMORIZE LAND MARK PROBLEMS

> memorize standard formulas and concepts

> never use calculator while preparing for aieee

> avoid negative markings

TIP 5 : PROCESS OF ELIMINATION

> avoid the process of guessing , this increases the possibility of getting the answer wrong

> always use the elimination method

> in this method try to eliminate the options which you think is definetely wrong.

> by doing this your answer getting correct is possibly more

TIP 6 : QUESTION SELECTION

The questions are divided into 3 parts

1. easy - 25 % of the questions

2. average - 60 % of the questions

3. hard - 15 % of the questions

> easy and average questions makes the selection while hard questions make the merit , so try to attempt the average and easy question correctly .
