IIT's do offer M.Sc courses too. They are considered the best in the country. There also institutes like BITs which also figure in the top 10 institutes. Jamia Millia Islamia University, University of Pune, Ruparel College etc too offer courses in this field. You need to select the institute based on the financial position and location of the institute. Make sure that you have at least a first class for bachelor to secure admission in a reputed institute.
