Dear friend,
It is great to think study in aboard. In Toulouse, France there are two institute who offer aeronautical engineering for graduation and post graduation also. They are the top university in France.

1> ISAE (Institut Supérieur de l'Aéronautique et de l'Espace)
2> ENAC (École Nationale de l'Aviation Civile)

Here I give name and hyperlink it to university website.
They gives you 100% placement with high grade salary. I will prefer second one because it is better. Job opening of aeronautical engineering is huge now a days.

its better would go with france because of their better healthcare and being a industrial superpower of europe. From Europe, you can always go to the US. Besides tuition is probably cheaper in france.

It isn't always what schools you have attended that are the important thing in getting a job, language-skills, interpersonal skills and the like is also very important. Making a recruiter laugh is an art unto itself.
