Hi, Myself Rahul from Kerala. I have completed my plustwo level education from one of the leading university in kerala inthe year of 2001. After that I could not complete my higer studies. Now I wish to do my higher studies through distance mode, due to family responsibilites. So which are all the best universities in India which provides distance menthod stream of education.

Sorry to say that in India , You have not get admission in LLB course through Distance .Because there are not a single university provide distance mode education for LLB.

You have completed 12th standard so you are applicable for 3 years LLB course .In India there are so many university provide LLB course .So you must contact to college authority for full information about the Course.

There is no Universities in India providing B.A. LL.B. course through distant education.

LL.B. can be made in two ways:- One way you can do LL.B. through Five years Integrated Law after 12th in any stream with 50% marks from a recognised Board within the age of 20 years.

Second way to do LL.B. is through three years LL.B. course after completion of Graduation in any stream from a recognised University within the age of 30 years.

please guide what is maximum age limit for taking LLB three course thru distance education.Which is best university having connectivity in Delhi

As I am working in gulf, I could attend LLB course once in 6 months (for regular class). is it possible to get admission any indian university to complete my LLB course and which will be accepted by bar council to practice any court of india. I am a post graduate (M.A0 in Plitical science from Kerala University.

Firstly it is important to know that law courses in India are not offered through distance education. You will have to apply them through regular mode. Any law degree which is offered through correspondence or distance education is not acceptable.

The Bar Council of India will not recognize any such degree. Neither the candidate will be able to register with local bar council with such degree. This essentially means that you won't be able to practice in the court as lawyer.

Now since you have completed 12th standard, its natural to apply for the BA LLB course. This course include bachelor degree course and LLB. However I am afraid you won't be able to apply for this.

You completed 12th standard in 2001, it means that you have passed the age limit to apply for the BA LLB course. The age limit for this course is 20 years with 2 years relaxation for the SC and ST students.

This rules out BA LLB course. As far as 3 years LLB course is concerned, you will first have to complete graduation to apply for it. You can complete graduation through distance education but not the LLB course.

Even here the age limit will play the part. Any candidate above 30 years is not eligible for the LLB course. However there is exception made for the SC and ST students who can apply till 35 years of age.
