Indian Air Force is one of the popular defence service in India.l

Every year UPSC (Union Public Service Commission) will conduct NDA Exam twice a year to recruit the candidates into the following defence services
-Army wing
-Navy wing
-Air Force wing

Here is the complete selection procedure that you should crack
-NDA Exam
-Interview
-Medical Test

The complete eligibility criteria for this will be as follows

Academic Qualification :
-One should have completed 12th class with any of the stream to apply for Army wing.
-But to apply for Navy and Air Force wings, it is must that the candidate should have completed 12th class with Mathematics and Physics subjects.

Age criteria :
-The candidates should possess an age between 16.5 years to 19 years.

Only unmarried male candidates are eligible to apply for NDA Exam.

You can join the Indian Air Force through NDA and CDS Examination. Both these examinations are conducted by Union Public Service Commission.

UPSC conducts these two examinations twice every year.

The Age limit depends on the exam through which you are seeking to join the Indian Air Force.

If you are about to apply for NDA Exam, then your age must lie in between 16.5-19.5 years. And,

If you are about to apply for CDS Exam, then your age must lie in between 19-25 years.
