TET stands Teacher Eligibility Test known as TET is as Indian Eligibility test for teachers.The test is conducted by both Central Government and State Government in India.The test is conducted in order fulfill the achieve right to education goals.

TET exam to recruit teachers for state government funded schools.The responsibility of conducting the exam is given to Education Board of each state.If you want government school teacher job then these are the exams for you.This TET exam for all school teachers in India.

Eligibility Criteria:

Candidates should be Indian Citizen

Candidates should have a degree in education (B.Ed or D.Ed) or be o the verge of completing a degree in the year of taking the test.

Candidates should be secure over 50% in graduation.

There is no upper age limit for CTET(Central Teacher Eligibility Test).
There is no age limit for TET Exam. Although the criteria could change from state to state.

You need to score 60% of percent marks in the TET exam to clear it.Candidates belonging to SC/ST need 55% percent marks.

You can apply for CTET and TET when the notification are out.For notifications you have to check the official website.

Eligibility

>> The candidate should be Indian citizen.

The fee and other requirements varies from state to state. Had you been more specific about the state, I would have been able to help you better.

Anyway generally the Fee pattern is as following:

General - Rs 500/-

SC/ST/OBC - Rs 250/-

Note : In Bihar , The Maximum age upto which you can apply for this test is 60 years..

There is no upper age limit for TET. If you have the qualification then age is no barrier and you can apply for it without any worry.

If you have Graduation or Post Graduation qualification beside a B.Ed degree then you will be eligible.

TET is teachers Eligibility test conducted for recruiting teachers in Government faculties.

So if you don't have B.Ed then take admission into it and once completion you will be eligible.

For B.Ed course you need to have 500th marks in Graduation. you furthermore mght must obtain 50% marks in your B.Ed then only you'll be able to apply for it.

TET is conducted on each state level similarly as on Central level.

CTET is the all Central level and every state conduct their own TET for recruiting teachers in government faculties.

So you have to use for B.Ed admission into a good school and once obtaining B.Ed degree you will be eligible for day.

TET will have objective kind paper and you have to score excellent marks in it to qualify.

Is the TET is compulsory for teacher recruitment in central schools?
