You will have to write an entrance exam, GUJCET so as to seek admission for
MBBS course in Gujarat University(Course offered at Affiliated colleges)

Any candidate with a minimum of 60% marks in 10+2 or equivalent

There will be some privilege terms for GSTB students but it is not mentioned specifically into any notice.

age eligibility

maximum 28 years
relaxations exist as per govt. rule.

academic qualification eligibility

minimum first class bachelor's degree in engineering/technology from a recognized university.
If a class/division is not awarded at B.E./B.Tech. or equivalent degree, you should have obtained a minimum of 60% marks in aggregate or 6.75 CGPA (on a ten point grading scale)
