After completing BCA, it is better to join higher education courses like MCA. M.Sc in IT or CS is also suitable. BCA holders can join to 2nd year of engineering through lateral entry. Admission to engineering degree is possible in streams of IT or CSE. If you are in need of a job, you can start your career as system admin, or junior programmer.
