There are some better universities which offer M.com course; such as DU, Lovely Professional University, PU, Christ University........; as they have good infrastructure and provide better education. Also, among them, I have read a lot about LPU which provides scholarships to students (based on percentage in qualifying exam) as well. So, for detailed info. regarding eligibility criteria and admission process, visit their website.
