what could a fresher do for acuraing the job as no one can give the chance to fresher easily also they want the experiance person so, what can a fresher do for accuring the right job at right time,.;'/.and by studiying so much higher studies as b.tech at then after he whould strugle a lot for job that's not fair

yes ...why not !! i think being a fresher, before getting into the job one have to undergo training to learn the job, he got to do !! i am ready for 6 months to 8 months training !!
