Re: What can be done after completing B.Sc in Chemistry to move forward in Engineering world?
You will not be eligible for Joint Entrance Examination for admission in IITs, NITs for admission in Bachelor of Technology course after completion of B.Sc in Chemistry. However, you can apply for private engineering entrance exams, state level exams for admission in engineering course. PCM subjects in 12th is necessary for B.Tech course.
B.Tech passed candidates have good opportunities in private and public sector companies as compared to B.Sc candidates. Engineering is a professional degree which can help you make your career with decent salary. The second way for you, is to pursue M.Sc then apply for GATE for M.Tech course. |

You can apply for following entrance examination to get admission in Bachelor of Technology course.
1. Your own state engineering entrance exam. 2. Entrance exams like SRMEEE, VITEEE, BITSAT etc. 3. Seeking admission on basis of percentage of marks in 12th. Your subjects in 12th must include Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics. The benefits will be getting job after B.Tech of good package and further career opportunities. |
