i am pass b.com and secure 38% mark.what can do after this to get a job?

Yes, you are eligible for most of the jobs after qualifying the graduation.

As for most of the jobs the required eligibility criteria is candidates have passed the graduation from any recognised university in any of the discipline. So you can appear for the different examination for the recruitment in the jobs.

Some of the best options are Banking, SSC, Railway etc....

You have completed B.Com degree so you can get jobs through Civil Service exam.

Those candidates who have completed graduation in any discipline from a recognized university are eligible for Civil Service exam. This exam doesn't require any percentage marks in graduation degree.

Age Criteria:

For General: 21 to 30 years
For OBC: 21 to 33 years
For SC/ST: 21 to 35 years

No. of Attempts:

For General: 3
For OBC: 7
For SC/ST: No Restriction

Selection process for Civil Service exam:

1)Preliminary test
2)Mains exam
3)Personal interview

After completing your bachelor degree course you have many areas where you can go for.

You can go for the
Bank,
Post office,
Railway,
SSC,
Upsc,
Ca-ipcc
And many more.
