Can I get a job in engineering field in RTC branch after scoring 78% in 10th?

can i get job in engg. field of etc branch , i scored 78% in 10th,but i scored vry poor marks in in +2 i.e 49% due to health problem.now i am doing b-tech & i scored 7.3 to 7.48 marks in every sem. plz plz plz tell me can i get job .. i am eagerly waiting 4 ur answer.
