I passed (Ist Division) PG in drawing from jiwaji university but I can not receive my marks sheet till date. What can do for registration NET DEC-2012 exam

You can not do anything to register for December 2012 Exam because the registration process is already completed. University Grants Commission has stopped taking registration for the NET Exam for the December 2012.


The next exam will be conducted in June 2013. I believe you will be able to get your marksheet before that period to apply for the exam. Please remember that University Grants Commission issues notification around couple of months ahead of the exam date.


You will have to wait for the official announcement after which you can apply for the exam online. The website of University Grants Commission provides all the details of submitting the admission form online and to make fee payment.



Eligibility

1. You should be Indian citizen.


Age Criteria

1. For JRF age limit is 28 years.

2. The age limit is relaxed by 3 years for OBC.

3. Age limit for SC/ST is relaxed by 5 years.

4. There is no upper age limit for College Lectureship.



Qualification Criteria

1. Post graduation degree in any stream.

2. Minimum of 55 percent marks.

3. SC/ST need 50 percent marks in PG.

4. Final year students can also apply.

Registration For NET DEcember-2012

The NAtional Eligibility Test(NET) is conducted every year by the UGC (University Grants Commission) for lectureship and Junior Research fellowship in the months of June and December..

In order to appear for the UGC NET exam..a candidate needs to fulfill the following eligibility criterion :-

>> The candidate must have cleared his post graduation from a recognized University with an aggregate of 55% (50% for SC/ST)

>> Candidates applying for the JRF must be less than 35 years of age..

Its ok if you don't have your post graduation marksheet as yet but by the time you take admission for JRF or apply for the lectureship, you must have all the necessary documents..

The NET December-2012 is going to be conducted on 30th December,2012

The last date for filling the forms is 16th November,2012

You need to clear 3 papers :-

Paper-1 :- 60 questions out of which you have to attempt any 50 in 75 minutes..

Paper-2 : 50 questions to be attempted in 75 minutes..

Paper-3 : 75 questions in 120 minutes..
