How can i get phd registration after qualifing net exam dec.?i have qualified in comparative religion .i have no qualified certified.

hello my dear in an university their are not more seats for phd like B.E.d and other course so first you qualify NET with marks then university offer phd {have a sweet future}.

After qualifing net ls how to proceed for p.hd . I s there any fellowship for net ls .as i am eligible for net ls only.kindly suggest.
