What to choose between CUSAT colleges and Top private colleges of North India?


Sir i am a girl from North India getting admission in Cusat 2016 colleges and another choice that I have is top private colleges in North India. Should I go for Cusat 2016? Is it really worth it? I have read that the conditions of hostels of cusat is quiet bad and there are a lot of strikes and pros as well I am confused please help
