What is criteria for sc category for medical entrance exam on 2014?

The minimum general eligibility criteria for appearing in the medical entrance examination such as AIPMT, State PMT, BHU PMT, AIIMS entrance examination held for admissions in the government medical colleges are as following :-

You must have done your 12th with Physics, Chemistry, Biology & English as your main subjects with at least 60% aggregate ( for few State PMT it is 50%) in each from a recognized board of examination.

Also your age must be within 17 years to 25 years till the last date of year in which you are appearing in the same examinations.

As per the government norms SC candidates are offered marks relaxation of upto 10% in their board aggregate for their eligibility in these examinations. Also they are offered relaxation in the qualification marks for the same examination and also there seats are reserved as per the norms. There is no provision of age relaxation for the same examinations.

--> Age Limit: 17-25 years old.
