I am suganyaa doing B.E. My aim is to work at research center can you please tell me the criteria.

Being a bachelor's degree holder, you are eligible to work at research center. Several vacancies declared for BE holder to work with reputed research institutes like:
Indian Space Research Organisation
Defence Research and Development Organisation
Bhabha Atomic Research Centre
Department of Atomic Energy etc.

You simply have to be aware of such vacancies and apply as any vacancy declared.
After that you have to go through the below mentioned selection process:

Written test.
Technical interview.
Documentation verification.
Medical fitness test.
