What is the cut-off to be eligible for ISRO written examination?

I have 7.3 CGPA upto 7th semester in my B.Tech and after 8th semester it will increase to 7.5. Can I get shortlisted for ISRO written examination for 2020 exam session? What was previous year's cut-off or minimum score required in B.Tech?

ISRO stands for Indian Space Research Organization.

If you qualified GATE exam, then also you can get into ISRO on the basis of your GATE score. But you will have to qualify their Personal Interview to get recruited into that organization.

Other way to join ISRO is through their entrance exam that they conduct regularly for graduates.

To be eligible for ISRO entrance exam, candidate should have secured at least
  • 65% marks (or 7.25 CGPA) for General/Unreserved category candidates
  • 60% marks (or 6.75 CGPA) for SC/ST/OBC candidates

Since, you have scored 7.3 CGPA, so you are eligible for ISRO entrance exam.

ISRO-SC exam for CSE will be having 80-85 questions. Each question carries 3 marks for right answer and -1 mark for wrong answer. As per last two years observation,If you are able to answer 45 questions correctly then you will be qualified. Note: You should get above 130 marks to get qualified in this exam.
Do you have any question? or have anything to say?
