Your question is incomplete. You should have mentioned the State which you belong to only then can I provide proper Information regarding the date of Examination and other details. There are various State’s Public Service Commission(PSC) which conducts the entrance exam for Group 1,2,3,4 Services. Group 1 includes higher posts like Assistant Collector,District Registrar, Commercial Tax Officer..etc

Since Group 1 exams are conducted by State board hence visit your State's PSC Website for details regarding syllabus,notifications and other such details.There are many posts included in Group 1 Services but the basic qualification required is graduation degree from a recognized university.But preference will be given based on your education qualification and the preference level may vary from post to post based on your qualification.
