my name is ritesh presently i am doing BCA.
its my last year, i want to do MCA after BCA. but I have a problem, actually i have wasted my two year for preparing pre-medical test preparation. therefor i am almost two year backward from my actual educational age, and MCA course is 3 year long. please assist me what should i have to do after BCA.
I want to recover my two lost years.
please help me……….

in my opinion you should go for MCA after completion of BCA because after doing MCA you will find many opportunities.

I will suggest you to go for MBA from a good college ,because first of all MBA is a two year degree program,and the salary packages are really high for a MBA student as compare to a MCA student,so go for MBA.

MBA is universal accepted in all field like finance , mktg, HR,MIS etc
But MCA is restricted to single field related to computers only and if u r not updating urself on latest happenings then u r out of the race.But MBA is not related to updation only its a tactics to manage the activities.
So it will be better when u do MBA.

actually I want to do only MCA and I am zero percent interested in MBA.
Is there any course that I can do with MCA for getting better jobs?
Whats about doeacc O,A,B,C levels, are they better for me.

The 2 main options after BCA are MBA and MCA
MCA will give strength to ur basic knowledge of the subjects, if u can easily handle the subjects of MCA then it is gud
while MBA is different from ur line but it has lot of scope.

pursuing MBA will definitely lead u to greater heights....

you can work and study that is wipro is now organising a wase program to do ms.there is some test and all.else you can do msc computer.

you should mba,because it will give you more lucrative offers,
don't worry about your lost years if you do mca you are definitely going to enjoy the results

if you are intersted in being in your field then do MCA if not go for MBA.

yes mca is one of the best option for you after bca......if you are intrested in management then you can also go for mba degree........there are many good colleges giving the degree..........

I would suggest you to opt mca after bca because there are number of opportunities for mca than bca.

I suggest you to go for M.Sc. IT or M.Sc. computer science. There is also more option for you but this is best according to your education this will not two but save your one year, after this you also do MCA in just one year either correspondence or regular there is also one more option that you can do ALCCS( advance level course in computer science) from IETE <www.iete.org> which ih one year programme and you can do it after M.Sc.

in order to recover your lost two years the best option is to do a job first like

you can do any job ,as in bank job or software job and gain an experience of around 2 years,

after that you go for MBA,so it will have many benefits like:

1)you can pay fees of your mba course

2)you have job experience ,so you can get admission into good college even with less marks

3)and during placement from mba college also your experience will count and you will get a good job.

in my opinion as you are a graduate in computer applications thus you should pursue your PG in the same that is go for MCA .but if are interested in MBA you can go for it it is also a good option

yes BCA is the best option for you as you are doing your under graduation in computer field so its good to do management in that field only.

if you want to join it sector then mca is senior degree so you must take this ......maba is also another option to have both specification

MCA will surely add flavor to your skill and knowledge because it is masters degree in your own field.
you can do MCA after writing exams like:
NIMCET
IIT-JAM

but since you have lost your 2 years in preparation and you dont want to go for mca then you have 2 options:

1)either you do MBA,or
2)do a job .

since you are a bca student mca is a best option for you however you can even go,for mba but in mca income is low and i mba relaxation is low

Dear according me you must go for mca..it does not matter that you wasted 2 years.after doing mca you will recover it dear by getting good job in software or IT sector. .i want to inspire you dear..work hard. .do not think about the passed two years. Grow up your carrier in a specific field.go for mca. I promise that you will get a good job..if there is any problem regarding your studies.. I mean to say if there is any finacial problem you can go for correspondence mca course..you can do a job also with your studies. .i hope you will take my advice . .good luck. .

so i will sujjest you to go for a job,then do your MCA through correspondence course.

I suggest you to do MCA because it is good for you, get the strong knowledge of your field and then you will get a good job and salary also...

after doing BCA you can go for either MBA or MCA. but if you go for MCA it will be more beneficial for you as you will find it bit easy as you have already studies about that, and no need to think if you do MBA then you will get more money that of doing MCA,both the degree have the same value.so just go for MCA.....

after bca mca is the best option .. if you get a good job after bca means go with it

You can do course related to finance. health education, export-import but all these are job oriented and not a degree as such.

All depends on your interest, both MCA and MBA based jobs require lot of hard work and specific skills.

Try to get a job once you finish your BCA , so that you can finish your MCA through distance . If you are really interested in full time then join MCA rather than thinking of MBA .

I think that u shd switch 2 MCA bcoz though it takes 3 yrs. but dere r many things in common (e.g. subjects) in which u can easily score and can master well.
also mca students hav more opportunities than mba students........

sir i m confuse that what should i do after bca . i m gud in maths so i can get gud collage mca but in mca i have to give 3 years and salary is low as compare to mba candidate......so what should i have to do.......

Look everyone who have got problem regarding whether to choose MCA or MBA after BCA is to go thoroughly what are the subjects are there in MCA and as well as MBA.As you are from computer background and have done BCA already then i would say better opt for MBA IT, because in this world corporate executives are wanting candidates having distinct quality because they can do a job of two individuals with a single individual by giving the reasonable salary as well as the extra salary for extra qualification.So, you can get my point now days the corporate bodies are reducing the extra burden of employees with the efficient employees ,now the companies are on extensive measure so less employees(who have got the efficiency and can be distinct from other).So, i would better say opt for MBA because it has a good job prospective as well as salaries and if you think that no its an alien subject to me, so better stick to your subject MCA and make your knowledge more stronger in this stream.

But still i will say that opt for MBA, because it has got many opportunities an prospectives .So ,better opt for MBA.

Dear friend

After BCA if you dont have any knowledge then what is the importance of your course. I think you dont give proper attention, while you are doing BCA.

But if you dont knowledge then please do MCA. It is best option for you, but please, if you are doing MBA then please do it from any good university only then you will gain knowledge. Because its totally depends upon college, if you do this course from good college, then you will gain knowledge as well as get good job in future also.

So, according to me MCA is the best option for you, if you want to make your
future bright. But overall its totally your choice............
