You can either look for a job or higher studies. Higher study options such as M.Phil or Ph.D is possible. MBA holders have the option to join as MT/Specialist Officer in banks. Management Trainee (MT) positions are available with firms like HAL, HLL, and CIL. State government departments often recruit these candidates to Managerial job profiles. You can try for the job profiles of Finance Manager or Marketing professional.
