you are not allow in this exam. because only they candidate are giveing exam with degree . so you study in university then you apply this exam. I am telling you complete details about IAS exam. Age limits: 21-30 years on 1st August of the year of Examination. Educational Qualifications: Degree in : • Electrical Engineering • Electronics & Communications Engineering • Civil Engineering • Mechanical Engineering or equivalent degree from recognized universities. • M.Sc. degree or equivalent with Wireless Communication, Electronics, Radio Physics or Radio Engineering as a special subject is also acceptable for certain posts. • Students of final year Engineering or equivalent degree are also eligible. IAS Exam i.e Indian Administrative Exam IAS exams are conducted by UPSC every year.No,you ae not eligible for IAS as per the education qualification.You must have graduation degree from a recognized university for IAS. See the details below for this exam: It is under Civil Service Exam conducted once in a Year by UPSC.To become an IAS Officer One Needs to crack Civil Service Exam. Eligibility criteria in Details: Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree of a recognized university Age limit: 21 years must be completed on 1st August of the year, which a candidate is appearing. Maximum 30 for general category, 33 for OBCs and 35 for SCs/STs. Number of Attempts: Four attempts for open, seven for OBCs and no limit for SCs/STs. If a person appears in the Preliminary Examination or even one paper is counted as an attempt. How to apply: •Apply online by using the website http://www.upsconline.nic.in •Apply offline by purchasing the application form from designated post offices throughout the country.
