How to apply for Company Secretary course:

Prospectus along with the registration from can be obtained from the nearest ICSI (Institute of Company Secretaries of India) Regional Council or any of its Branches. If you have qualified +2 level of examination, you will have to register for the Foundation Program, however, if you are a graduate, you may enroll directly for the second stage of the course known as Executive Program.

Fee Structure:

Foundation Program- Rs.3600
Executive Program- Rs.7000
Professional Program-Rs.9000

Duration:

Foundation Program: 8 months
Executive Program: 10 months
Management Training: 15 months
Candidates who have qualified all the stages are allowed to write the Professional Examination. The Professional Examination can not be taken before 10 months from the date of registration. Candidates may undergo Management Training either before or after completion of the Professional Program.
