What are educational and physical requirements to be an Astronaut and work with ISRO?
What are the educational qualification required as well physical requirements to become an Astronaut and work with ISRO? Do I need to posses very high education and be physically strong enough? Any reservation for backward classes?

Currently, ISRO doesn’t have a sophisticated Astronaut training program as of now. ISRO has proposed a Human space flight program in the year 2014 last. If any vacancies available in future, the minimum required educational qualification of a candidate will be a doctorate degree in astrophysics. Physical requirements will be notified when they will give the notification regarding the same. We can't tell anything about the physical requirements right now.
