What is the eligibility for NET for PGDHR passed candidates?


Can student with two year post graduate diploma in human rights.(PGDHR.) eligible for NET under UGC

Sorry Post Graduate Diploma is not enough qualification for UGC NET. You must have a Degree program in any stream to become eligible for UGC NET.

Post Graduation with 55% marks is the minimum qualification needed for UGC NET
.

There is 5% relaxation in marks for the candidates who belong to SC/ST/PWD category.

I don't know why you opted for 2 years Post Graduate Diploma if the Post Graduate Degree was available to you.

Hence if you want to become eligible for UGC NET then you can opt for Post Graduation Degree program in respective stream and get above 55% marks then you will be eligible for UGC NET.
