Post Graduation in banking and Operation programs is generally of 1 year and Diploma is of 6 months to 1 year tenure (depending on the programs offered by various institutions). Together with classroom training, they programs also provide the candidates the window to train physically in the bank. There is also a course in BBA Banking, which has the same purpose on building professional bankers.
Some banks provide their staff the opportunity to train on the cost of the company. However, the normal fees structure can vary between Rs. 12000/- Rs. 40000/- for the course. |
