I thinks Vit is much better than Mit or other NIT's (Jhalander,kuk etc..)
Highest Package from Mit is around 5 (Cse) but from Vit is 14.5 (Cse-places in Flipkart)

VIT is one of the best colleges in India ,even better than some of the IITs.
Mechanical students are placed with a package of 18 lacs per annum.
CS students have got higher salaries than that.

we cannot compare manipal with that waste clg vit
manipal avg pakage is 8 lakhs
where as vit is 4.5 lakhs

I know people who got into VIT computer science with a VITEEE rank 45k and I also know people who couldn't get manipal computer science even with a manipal rank of 2600, both cases considered without donation. So its clears that manipal is much more selective in its students than vit,who admitted 800 students for computer science this year. Also vit starts its session on 2nd July, even before the declaration of the Jee mains rank,which is just a money making policy. Also I know a lot of intelligent and hard working people who have taken up manipal. The medical section at manipal is among the best in the country but the engineering sector is not far behind, so in my opinion, go for manipal, but only if you get the manipal camput.

sir i have got toatal 66.2% in 12th boards cbse ..and in physics i have got 60 den in chem 84 n in maths i have got only 43 ..m i eliggible for viteee to fill an application form as m giving my improvement examination this year .

Vit vellore avg salary is 4 lpa only where as the total fees you pay for 4 years is around 3 times the amount you earn.so try avoiding vit vellore as far as possible.
