What I have to do after 12th to become a Military Doctor?


I am a student of 12th and I want to become a military doctor. So please give me the procedure in easy words that what I have to do after completing 12th.

To become military doctor you have to pass your 12th standard with physics, chemistry and Biology from a recognised board with minimum 50% marks and relaxation of 5% is given to reserved students.
After passing your intermediate you have to appear in AFMC exam . If you qualify this exam then you will be get mission in Pune College of military. After qualifying this exam you have to qualify the interview.

To become a doctor in army you will have to do graduate level course in Medical Science

i.e, MBBS. Once you complete the MBBS degree then only you can join Indian Army as a doctor.

NDA stands for National Defence Academy.

This exam conducted by Union Public Service Commission two times in a year.

NDA has three wings:-

Indian Army

Indian Navy

Indian Air Force

Eligibility:-

Candidate should be citizen of India.

Candidate should complete the 12th standard from recognised State Board.

No percentage required for this exam.

PCM subjects are required for the Indian Navy and Air force.

Candidate age limit should be between 16.5 to 19 years.

Only unmarried male candidate are eligible for this exam.

Female candidates are not eligible.

Selection process:-

Written Test

Medical Test

Interview.

To become a Military doctor you have to pursue MBBS course. You can take admission in this course through NEET exam. After completion of this course you have to complete your internship. After that you can give AFMC exam which is stands for Armed Forces Medical Corps. Only unmarried candidates can apply for this exam and candidates should be medically fit. Thanks

After getting recruited there will be 2 years of work in our hometown and after 4 years there will be a permanent recruitment, so in that will girls also be permanently recruited??
