Hello sir, I have complete 12th with Commerce stream but want to be a Doctor. Please tell me what should I do to become a Doctor? Which specialization should I choose?

To become Doctor or to pursue any medical course the minimum required qualification is that candidate must have passed 12th with PCB ( Physics, Chemistry and Biology ) as main paper.

Candidates must have minimum 50% in 12th and age limit is between 17-25 years to appear for NEET.

So, if you do not have pursue PCB in your 12th std you are not eligible to pursue MBBS, BDS, BHMS, BAMS etc. and so not eligible to become Doctor.

Candidates passed 12th with commerce stream are not eligible to appear for entrance examination to get admission in medical courses.

So, unless and until you have PCB as main discipline in 12th you are not eligible to pursue any medical course and not eligible for recruitment as doctor or to pursue any specialization in any medical course.

Being a commerce stream student in your higher secondary school degree you are not eligible for becoming a doctor with any specialization right now.

To be a doctor the basic requirement is a MBBS ( Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery ) degree for which students who have passed their Class 12th with Physics, Chemistry and Biology as main subjects are eligible.

So for being a doctor you will first need to reappear in your higher secondary school degree with PCB group this time and then you will have to pursue MBBS degree course followed by specialisation course.

No , as a commerce student you can not become Doctor but you can perfix your name as Dr. after completing your Phd course that can be perused after completing master's course in the subject you are interested of your commerce stream.
So you have to complete your degree course and then after masters course. Then you are eligibile to persue PhD.

No, candidates with commerce stream cannot desire for becoming doctor in future.

The minimum required qualification to pursue medical course or to become doctor is that one must have passed his/her 12th with Physics, Chemistry and Biology.

So, you are not eligible without biology as main paper in 12th so no specialization is possible.

Since you are interested to become doctor, so being a commerce stream student you are not eligible for becoming doctor with any specialization at present.

* You will have to reappear in your Class 12th once again with Physics, Chemistry and Biology as main subjects from a recognized board.

* Then you will have to pursue MBBS degree course. Also for pursuing the same course from any medical college of India you will need to qualify NEET and AIIMS MBBS entrance examination.

* After completing you will have to go for MD degree course followed by your specialization.

Being a Class 12th passed candidate with Commerce stream and looking to be a Doctor in future then I would like to let you know that it is not possible unless you reappear in your senior secondary school degree with PCB group once again as same is the primary requirement for any career option in medical field.

Further you will have to complete MBBS degree course which refers to Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery and takes around 4 and a half years to complete. Then you will have to opt Master of Doctor and your specialization course as per your interest.

Can i became a homeopathy doctor after 12th commerce?

If i reappear my 12 as a pcb student being a commerce then what will happend to my commerce stream ...it will be cancel or it will also values

Both will be valid for sure. It really doesn't matter a science student can do any commerce course or BBM or MBA and even CA

I offered commerce in SS1 but I want to become a medical doctor in future. Am I supposed to offer another subject in waec instead of commerce?

Why can't commerce students go into science? after all, he has good knowledge of PCM. He studied by himself. why why why?
If anyone has made the wrong decision in the past choosing commerce, he realized science is my actual interest. Then, why our education system not giving one chance to become forward to what students want! May be government need to make all streams interconnected. We are ready to give you what you want e.g entrance exam.

i completed my graduation in 2020 from BMS COMMERECE
but i want to be a doctor i am ready to study again is it possible

No,compulsory subjects for becoming doctor is Physics, chemist or Biology ....

:- You have to pursue MBBS for attain doctor level post.

:- AIPMT is the entrance exam if you are intrested to join top universities or campus.
