What is the income bracket for Non-Creamy Layer?
My father was a government employee and he died before 1 year. Now my mother got family pension of rupees 10,000 per month. My annual income is 4,80,000 and my wife annual income is 3,50,000 Rupees. My and my wife last three year income is above 8 lacs. Now, I want to know that can I come under non-creamy layer? I belong to OBC caste category.

In order to qualify as an OBC non-creamy layer candidate, the applicant's parents' annual income should be less than Rs. 8 lakhs.
