Most probably the candidates will get the job according to his or her specialisation.

It means there are high chances that the person is offered the related job in which he or she has done the MBA.

1 for Finance person,the Back office jobs amy be offered.

2 For Marketing person,the jobs involving Marketing of goods and services may be offered.

3 HR person may be appointed as a member of HR team of the organization.

4 IT person may get the related job.

5 MBA PHARMA student may be placed in any of the department of the Pharma Company.

myself is M.B.A. Finance with more than 14 years experience of accounts as i am working as a senior accountant in a cooperative non agricultural thrift and credit society ltd. a district level coop society having its 15 branches throughout the district. I am doing all the work from voucher making to preparation, finalization and consolidation of accounts in this institution. I want your suggestion please guide me where i should apply for better job with bright future.

i have completed my MBA in finance & i am searching for job from the last 3 months but no one is giving chance to freshers .The only thing they want is experience or good practical knowledge from freshers as well. If i am a fresher than how will i have a practical knowledge of work ?? Is there is any chance of getting a job in finance or should i switch to any other fields like marketing for job or should i have to do any advance courses in finance ???
